1 eggplant/brinjal

12 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

salt as per taste


2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 tbsp cumin seeds

2 finely chopped onion

2 finely chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp garam masala

1 tbsp coriander powder

coriander leaves

2 tbsp ghee

Puncture a few openings on the baingan in 3-4 areas with a blade. Spot the baingan on the chimney and meal the baingan Roast the baingan until it is dark.
