This Indian style spicy Egg fried Rice recipe is totally surprising from the Chinese style. I didn't add any soy sauce, vinegar to this recipe. The rice is cooked freely and marinated with Garam Masala, turmeric, salt, and red bean stew powder. later added to singed eggs. I added some garam masala to the seared eggs.

At the present time used Basmati rice/Long grained rice.but you can use commonplace rice. the consequence of the recipe depends upon how you cook the rice. The rice should be flaky. for this, you need to sprinkle the rice for 30 minutes. If you are using Basmati rice, the extent of Basmati rice and water should be 1: 1/4. If you are using regular rice the extent of water should be 1: 1/2. If you are cooking pressure cooker devise to 3 whistles. If you like to cook it in an alternate vessel, heat the rice to the point of bubbling on high fire and turn the fire to stew and cook until the rice is perfectly done. it's more brilliant to cook it in an Electric cooker.

Basmati rice/Long grained rice – 1 cup 

eggs - 3 

onions cut - 1 

green chilies cut - 3 

ginger garlic stick – 1/2 teaspoon 

turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon 

dim pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon 

garam masala(cardamoms,cloves,cinnamon)- 1/2 teaspoon 

salt - shifting 

red bean stew powder – 1/2 teaspoon 

coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon 

coriander leaves – 1/4 cup 

mint leaves - 1/8 cup 

oil – 4 teaspoons 

ghee/clarified spread – 1 teaspoon

Cooking Basmati Rice 

douse Basmati Rice in water for 30 minutes. 

later wash basmati rice for once. 

for 1 cup of sprinkled basmati rice you need to incorporate 1/4 cups of water.otherwise the rice will get delicate. 

add 1 teaspoon of oil to get flaky and non-tenacious rice. 

marinating Rice 

bring cooked rice into mixing bowl, incorporate turmeric powder-1/4 tsp,salt-1 tsp, red stew powder - 1/2 tsp,garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp. 

mix it gently using a wooden spatula. 

spare aside for 15 minutes so the rice could acclimatize all the flavors. 

Cooking Egg fried rice 

take a wide bottomed vessel and put it on the fire. 

incorporate oil-3 tsp and ghee-1 tsp. 

incorporate cut onions and green chilies and fry them until they become fragile. 

incorporate ginger garlic paste and fry until the rough flavor is no more. 

incorporate turmeric powder, salt, red stew powder, coriander powder and mix well. 

void beat eggs into the vessel. 

make an effort not to disturb the eggs until it sets down to the base. 

exactly when it turns like an omelet overlay it to the inside and cut into pieces with a spatula. 

incorporate marinated rice and keep mixing softly until rice wonderfully blends in with the eggs and masala. 

incorporate hacked mint leaves and coriander leaves, mix it for once and turn off the glow. 


Notes:

1.add I teaspoon oil to the rice while cooking, to get flaky rice. can be given raitha.
