Fish egg pakoda (macher dimer boda) one of the most adored recipes at Bengali homes. This is my first take a stab at this recipe which holds heaps of cherished recollections. My mom used to make it. So when today I saw fish eggs in the market I got some home and called up my mother for the recipe. Despite the fact that adding a portion of my varieties for the last item.

Ingredients: 

Fish egg (washed)- 250 gm 

Gram flour-1 cup (100 gm) 

Rice flour-1/3 cup 

Slashed onion-1(large) 

Garlic and green chili glue 1 tbsp (Blend 8 garlic cloves and 2 green chilies) 

Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp 

Red chili powder-1/3 tsp 

Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp 

Slashed coriander leaves 

Cooking oil for fry 

Salt to taste 

Strategy: 

Blend every one of the ingredients into a bowl aside from cooking oil (don't include water). 
Warmth oil in a container, take a little part of arranged fish egg blend and tenderly put into the hot oil individually. Fry it on a medium fire for a moment at that point flip it to fry another side. Fry the pakoras on medium fire till it diverts brilliant darker from the two sides. Take out on the kitchen towel to retain additional oil and rehash a similar procedure for the rest of the blend. Serve hot with chutney.
