2  red stew powder
2  ginger and garlic paste
2 salt
2 lemon juice
curd
1/2  garam masala
1  kasuri methi
2  mustard oil , pureed

For sauce:

2 tsp oil
2 to taste bitter 3D shapes
3 gram Cloves
1 Cinnamon sticks, cut
1 tsp Mace
7 Cardamom
4 Tomatoes, hacked
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 butter 3D shapes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red stew powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 tsp nectar
1 green stew
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp cream

How to make butter chicken

For marination
1.In a blending bowl, put crude chicken pieces and add salt, red stew powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Blend well.
2.Refrigerate for around 15-20 minutes.
3.Now add curd to the refrigerated blend. Pursued by salt, ginger garlic paste, red bean stew powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mustard oil. Blend well and refrigerate again for 60 minutes.
4.Roast the marinated chicken in a broiler for around 30 minutes until it is three-fourth done.
Set up the chicken sauce:
1.Heat 2 tsp of oil in a container with butter.
2.Add cloves, cinnamon stick, mace and cardamom. Saute and after that add slashed tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Blend well and after that crush well.
3.In another container, heat another two shapes of butter, alongside ginger garlic paste.
4.Add the tomato puree produced using the blend. Presently add red bean stew powder, kasuri methi, nectar lastly the broiled chicken pieces. Give it a chance to stew.
5.Add green bean stew, cardamom powder and cream. Blend well.
6.Serve with a teaspoon of cream over.
